All products offered by Digithreads are digital only. No physical items will be shipped. Your purchased digital outfit will be applied to your uploaded photo and delivered electronically. The product may slightly differ on your image due to AI process we use.

2. Ordering & Delivery

• To receive your digital outfit, you must upload a clear image and fill out the required details before checkout.

• Digital orders are processed within 72 hours and delivered via email or your Digithreads account.

• Ensure your uploaded image meets our quality guidelines for the best results.​

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once the order is processed. However, if you encounter an issue with your digital outfit, please contact us for support.

4. Usage Rights

• Your purchased digital outfit is for personal use only. Commercial use, redistribution, or resale is prohibited without prior permission.

• Digithreads retains ownership of all digital assets and designs.​
